Expertise:                   Kong graduated from University of Malaya with honours with distinction in Mechanical Engineering. He has vast experience in the areas of mechanical and electrical systems and green building design for a wide range of iconic and prestige building, infrastructure projects and marine industry. (eg hospitals, university, stadium, convention hall, multi-level shopping complexes, high rise buildings, mix-developments, marine and etc).

Kong is fluent in a number of CFD models such as Fluent, as well as DesignBuilder for energy simulation, and is a member of the Board of Engineers.  He is also a qualified Green Building Facilitator.

He is familiar with Uniform Building By-Law (1984) and had experienced through the process in design, development, construction, supervision, coordination, testing, commissioning and reviewing of fire performance base design and prescriptive smoke control design, including jet fan system.
